Prices and VAT
We are VAT-registered. All prices shown include VAT at the applicable UK rate. Prices are currently 拢TBC.
Orders
Your order is an offer. A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation [PLACEHOLDER: confirm wording].
Delivery area
We deliver within London only, by courier. We cannot accept orders for delivery outside London. Delivery costs are shown before you pay [PLACEHOLDER: courier delivery costs (TBC)].
Payment
Payments will be taken by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted page. We never see or store your full card number.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. We refund within 14 days of getting the goods back (or proof of return). Faulty goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
